The four presses mean: I'm Zoe Ellis (3) → I'm just a nurse (2) → he died from neglect (2) → it was my fault (1). Choosing “unsure” gets you told off and asked again.
After you solve it
- The medical center lock-out is lifted
Head to the car park behind the medical center, go in through the garage, and press the button beside the phone in the office to open the gate next to the building.
