LocationCCTV control room (east), SWDP (Otherworld)
A console covered in unlabelled picture buttons: commands on the left, equipment on the right, a number pad for the equipment ID. A dot-matrix printer types out an incident log, and you re-enact what the operators did, step by step. Equipment IDs are read off the CCTV feeds.

Hints
HINT 01 / 03
Flip the two power switches (console and camera feed) and read the instruction sheet to the right of the console.
HINT 02 / 03
Treat each picture button as one of the capitalised words on the printout. Every command is: command button + equipment button + three-digit ID + ENTER.
HINT 03 / 03
IDs are painted on the equipment itself. Switch the CCTV to the Valves A–C feed and the filter feed; pan and zoom if you need to.
Answer
SOLUTION · P40
| Open Valve B · command | Column 1, row 1 (open) |
|---|---|
| Open Valve B · equipment | Column 3, row 2 (valve) |
| Open Valve B · ID | 254 |
| Start Filter A · command | Column 1, row 2 (start, green arrow) |
| Start Filter A · equipment | Column 4, row 3 (filter) |
| Start Filter A · ID | 103 |
Some early guides list 245 / 130 — that's a misreading of the camera feed. Several gameplay videos show 254 / 103 being accepted.

What do the console symbols mean? Is there a manual somewhere?
There's no button-by-button manual — just the sheet beside the console saying the three boxes go command → equipment → ID. You match by association: OPEN on the printout is the button that looks like opening, START is the play arrow, FILTER is the filter-shaped one. A lot of players found this unintuitive, so you're not missing anything obvious.
